The Ministry of Finance (hereinafter referred to as “the Ministry”) commissions academic institutions, experts, and scholars to conduct research programs, all of which are based on the Directions for the Administration of Commissioned Research Programs of Executive Yuan Subordinate Agencies and Regulations for Commissioned Research Programs of Ministry of Finance (only available in Chinese).
All commissioned research programs should be registered online in the Government Research Bulletin (GRB), and Department of Planning, MOF, should monitor project performance quarterly.
