Summary of Exports and Imports for December 2020

For Dec. 2020, total exports expanded 12.0% year on year to US$ 33.00 billion; total imports rose by 0.9% from a year earlier to US$ 27.24 billion. The trade balance of this month was favorable, amounting to US$ 5.76 billion. In 2020, total exports expanded 4.9% and total imports rose by 0.3% compared with 2019. The trade balance of this year was favorable, amounting to US$ 58.79 billion.
