1. This journal mainly focuses on the research and opinions of public finance, as well as finance related theories, policies, and practices. Authors are encouraged to submit their manuscripts which should follow the format guidelines (including the title, text, footnotes, and references, etc.) and an abstract of about 200 words.

2. Please do not submit articles that have been published elsewhere. When submitting manuscripts, please make sure to comply with the Copyright Act or other related laws. The author shall bear the relevant legal responsibilities.

3. The length of the manuscript should be between 5,000 and 25,000 words, except for special contribution. Please indicate the affiliated institutions, job title, mailing address, and telephone number for the purpose of contact.

4. The journal retains the right to delete and revise texts for editorial needs. If the author does not wish for the manuscript to be deleted or revised, please indicate unwillingness in advance. The manuscript however will not be returned. The author should keep the original manuscript by themselves.

5. Upon acceptance for publication, the journal has the right to authorize the National Library or other database service operators for reproduction, offering access to download, print, browse, etc., and make editorial change, as appropriate, to meet the different format requirements of various database services.

6. Once the manuscript is published, the remuneration is NTD1,100 per thousand words.
