"To meet the need of traders for doing business internationally, the Customs has made the fifth copy of export declaration (Proof of Exportation) available in English since August 2020” Keelung Customs (KLC) said yesterday. The bilingual (Chinese-English) application form for this document has also been in place from then on. 
KLC further explained, the fifth copy of export declaration can be applied by exporters or their designated customs brokers once the goods concerned have been exported. If an English version is needed, a written application together with a clean carbon copy of the original declaration has to be presented , and the ordinal number of the copy (5th) should be indicated on both papers. Besides, a processing fee of NT100 will be charged for the production of each copy, KLC added.
