Customs has setup an online application service of airline label tagging operations of transit goods

With the booming development of e-commerce and global logistics in recent years, the demands of transit goods have been increasing. The Customs Administration, Ministry of Finance, actively promotes various high-quality and convenient customs clearance services in response to changes in the economic and trade environment. Recently, the Customs Administration has setup an online application service of airline label tagging operations of transit goods and welcome everyone to utilize it.
In the past, transporters or forwarders had to submit a written application of Cargo Container Loading Plan of transit goods to Customs and get the document signed, then the procedure of airline label tagging operations of transit goods should be monitored by the warehouse operators. The whole process was on paper and time consuming according to the Customs Administration.
In order to optimize the application process, the Customs Administration has setup an online application service of airline label tagging operations of transit goods. With this service, transporters or forwarders can submit the application online and after the documents are signed by Customs, applicants can print the special permit of container loading of airline label tagging operations of transit goods directly and proceed to the operation under the scrutiny of the warehouse operators without delivering written documents to and from customs. It saves time and effort and improves customs management efficiency and service quality.
Applicants please visit https://portal.sw.nat.gov.tw/  to make an online application, print a special permit and query the progress of your application. If you have any questions or need any assistance, please contact the  Customs, Port and Trade (CPT)Single Window Service Center (Tel:0800-299-889).
