Grievance Procedure of the MOF for Worker Rights Protection of those Dispatched by Labor Service Contracting

1.    Basic Rights Protection for Labor Service Contracting:
a.    The contractor shall pay wages, contribute to labor insurance, employment insurance, national health insurance, and labor pension funds in accordance with the law, and pay the relevant fees as required.
b.    The working conditions for dispatched workers shall comply with labor laws and regulations, the Sexual Harassment Prevention Act, the Gender Equality in Employment Act, and other relevant laws.
c.    The contracting authority shall not assign tasks that are outside the scope of the contract to dispatched workers.

2.    Grievance Procedure and Methods:
a.    If any infringement of rights and interests occurs, please raise a grievance to the MOF via phone or email, attaching specific evidence.
b.    Upon receiving a grievance, the MOF will coordinate with relevant units to conduct an investigation to verify the facts and review the matter. If the details of the grievance indicate a violation of the labor service contract by the contractor, the contract management unit will request improvements or impose penalties in accordance with the contract and report the case to the competent authority for further action as required by law.
c.    The outcome of the grievance will be communicated to the complainant upon completion of the investigation.
