How should people apply for the acquisition of any national non-public use real estate they need? How is assessed value calculated?
  1. If people need to use national non-public real estate, and if it complies with the provisions of the National Property Law and relevant laws and regulations, they may apply for sale to a regional branch or office of the National Property Administration where the real estate is located.

  2. Unless otherwise stipulated by other laws, the acquisition of national land shall be assessed in accordance with Article 58 of the National Property Act and the valuation methods for national properties, with reference to the market values surveyed.
