The urban renewal participation of national land (including public and non-public use lands) located within the range of the urban renewal plans shall be handled in accordance with the Disposal Directions for National Land Located Within the Space of Urban Renewal Business that were promulgated by the Ministry of Finance and the Matters of Caution for National Non-public Lands to Participate in Urban Renewal promulgated by the National Property Administration.
