Taxpayers who would like to claim benefits under an Agreement for the Elimination of Double Taxation with Respect to Taxes on Income and the Prevention of Tax Evasion and Avoidance may fill out the related forms, submit the required documents, and send them to the relevant tax authority-in-charge for approval.
