The MOFTI serves as the dedicated training institution of the Ministry of Finance, primarily responsible for conducting 6 major categories of training programs, including: 
    1. National tax and local tax training,
    2. Customs training,
    3. Finance training,
    4. Legal training,
    5. International and multilingual talents cultivation training,
    6. Other training programs related to fiscal affairs.
Moreover, to support government policy implementation needs, MOFTI also conducts thematic courses on the Taxpayer Rights Protection Act, anti-tax avoidance rules, Consumer Protection Act, gender equality, professional English, digital marketing, innovative applications of artificial intelligence (AI), and other relevant topics.
 The annual training plan is formulated based on the integrated needs of all subordinate agencies under the Ministry of Finance and is implemented upon approval by the Ministry.
