Customs Implements the Self-Inspection Mechanism of Bonded Factories to Strengthen the Management Capacities of Bonded Affairs Personnel

Taichung Customs actively promotes the self-inspection mechanism of bonded factories and guides factory bonded affairs personnel to use self-inspection checklists to improve management capabilities, so that they can accurately check whether there are any omissions and make timely corrections. In addition to avoiding penalties for violating regulations, it can also get twice the result with half the effort.

Taichung Customs indicates that the self-inspection checklists provided by the customs to the factory include: "Bonded Factory Bill of Materials Self-Inspection Checklist," "Bonded Factory Scraps and Wastes Management Self-Inspection Checklist," and "Bonded Factory Annual Inventory Self-Inspection Checklist." These checklists are designed by the customs based on years of inspection experience. That is why they are of great help in improving the capacities of bonded affairs personnel and improving bonded factory management.

Taichung Customs further expresses that the customs is always willing to provide services to bonded factories with the spirit of excellence and teamwork belief. If there is a need for bonded affairs consultation, please contact the customs or our customs officers in charge of the bonded factory.
