The Pros of Storing Cloud Invoices on Carriers

National Taxation Bureau of the Southern Area, Ministry of Finance stated that using carriers approved by the Ministry of Finance (MOF) to store cloud invoices while shopping would not only save paper but also save time to collect invoices, check the winning numbers and claim prizes. Meanwhile, customers needn’t worry about keeping the prize-winning invoices.
The Bureau expressed that the cloud invoices can be stored on carriers such as mobile barcode, EasyCard, iPass, iCash, membership cards and credit cards at present. Customers can choose one of the above-mentioned to store invoices and aggregate all kinds of carriers to a common carrier (mobile barcode), which notifies customers via the MOF's E-invoice Platform when a prize is awarded. Moreover, if the prize winner has applied for the automatic transfer of prize money to a designated bank account, the prize money will be transferred into the account automatically instead of having to present the printed certification copies.
Storing the cloud invoices on a carrier provides customers with an additional chance to win prizes. Cloud invoices are entitled to two prize-winning opportunities (the general prize and the exclusive prize of cloud invoice), which greatly increase chances of winning.
The Bureau would like to appeal to the public to make good use of carriers to store their cloud invoices, increasing their chance of winning as well as protecting our environment through conservation of paper resources.
