According to Article 17 of Personal Data Protection Act, the Ministry of Finance (MOF) discloses the information of personal data in its possession, including the names of the personal data files, the name of the unit that is in possession of the personal data files, the legal basis of keeping the personal data files, and the category of the personal data.
