How can a creditor with a Certificate of the Obligatory Claim inquire about a debtor’s property and individual income data?

   This type of inquiry must be conducted in person at the counter. If the applicant is inquiring about fewer than 100 cases, please visit the National Taxation Bureau or its branch office to inquire data. For more than 100 cases, please go to the Fiscal Information Agency.

Standard fee: The fee for inquiry about a debtor’s property or individual income data is NT$250 per case. If the creditor inquires about the same debtor’s individual income data for more than 2 years, the fee is NT$250 for each year of data.
