You may submit a recommendation letter to the department where the employee serves. The department will then review the letter. If the employee’s performances stated in the letter meet the requirements of the “Rewards and Punishments Regulations for Financial Professionals”, a reward may be granted to the employee in accordance with relevant procedures.
