1. Method for joining a meeting

(1) Download the “U Meeting” software (supports Windows/MacOS PC and iOS/Android devices) and enter a meeting by typing in the meeting ID containing 9 digits or by clicking the URL of said meeting. (2) Open the URL of a meeting by using Google Chrome (only for notebook/PC). The "Display name window" needs to be filled in with "the title of the company and your own name." No need to install the U Meeting or sign up for an account to join the meeting.

2. When entering a meeting, please check your microphone, speaker and camera settings. It is recommended that during the meeting, your camera is turned on while your microphone is muted. Unmute your microphone when you need to speak.
