If it is a company, is there anything should pay special attention to when writting an administrative appeal pleading ?

A company which left on tax or  penalized , need to file an administrative appeal. The headline of company should be written as follows.

Appellant : XXX Company
Representative : XXX (Full Name)

An administrative appeal pleading shall be stamp with the company seal and signed or bear the seal of the representative.

While there is an administrative appeal representative for the administrative appeal,please add the information below.
Agent: XXX (Full Name)
And according to Article 98 of Administrative Appeal Act, an administrative appeal pleading should be written in Chinese.
