EZ WAY App is now available for foreign nationals with Alien Resident Certificates.

    Importers shall present ID copy and power of attorney (POA) to entrust customs brokers according to article 12 of Regulations Governing the Establishment and Management of Customs Brokers. There is a legal exemption from submitting POA on a case-by-case basis so as to accelerate customs clearance, but Customs still has right to audit the relevant documentation. 

    Wrong-doers have taken advantage of the privilege with fake or stolen identities which causes troubles to both Customs and importers.  

    Taipei Customs encourages importers to register EZ WAY App, and verify their identities and declaration information to protect personal privacy and stop the rot. Therefore, EZ WAY app takes the easy way out.
