Relending Facility is a bank-to-bank commercial loan and any goods purchased from Taiwan exporters including goods shipped from places other than Taiwan could be financed. After goods have been shipped, foreign importers may apply for relending loans to the local Relending Banks with commercial invoices and bills of lading. Taiwan exporters could introduce foreign importers into Relending Facility or provide the list of Relending Banks for foreign importers to apply for relending loans to local Relending Banks. If foreign importers are familiar with the banks which have not been listed in the list of Relending Banks, Eximbank will contact the banks for cooperation upon receiving the contact information from foreign importers.
