1. Complete the Application for Opening an Account and a Change in the Fundamental Particulars form and take it to any branch of the Land Bank of Taiwan in person to apply.

2. Apply through online banking.

3. After an agreement with the Bank, you can apply for a change of the mailing address and telephone number except cell phone number by telephone.

4. Apply via the return slip of a bank statement sent by the Bank.
