1. A foreign national that holds an Alien Resident Certificate (ARC), please prepare Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) and a secondary identification document to open a deposit account.
2. A foreign national without an Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) but holds a passport, please prepare the following required documents:
 (1) Valid passport with legal entry visa (or stamp), or Overseas Chinese Identification Certification issued by Overseas Community Affairs Council, Republic of China (Taiwan).
 (2) Record of ID No. in the Republic of China issued by National Immigration Agency.
