The tax authorities shall request the Branch office under the Administrative Enforcement Agency, Ministry of Justice, to enforce tax payment if taxpayers fail to pay taxes payable within 30 days after the last day of the period for payment of the tax.  However, in accordance with Article 35 of the Tax Collection Act, enforcement by the Administrative Enforcement Agency may be postponed if application for review has been made.
