How should people apply for the acquisition of any national non-public use real estate they need? How is assessed value calculated?

(1) For national non-public use real estate required by applicants, if in line with the provisions on sale and sale through tendering under Articles 49 to 54 of the National Property Act, the applicants may apply to regional branch offices of the NPA in the corresponding jurisdiction for the acquisition of the national real estate.

(2) Unless otherwise stipulated by other laws, the acquisition of national land shall be assessed in accordance with Article 58 of the National Property Act and the valuation methods for national properties, with reference to the market values surveyed.
