How to apply for adoption of national non-public use lands for greening?

(1) Please specify the markings (i.e., county/city, township/town/city/district, section, parcel no., etc.) of the national non-public use land to be adopted, and contact a branch office of the NPA where the land is located for the application. After the application is approved, the two parties sign an adoption contract. The adopter may only plant flowers and trees or arrange and maintain the environment on the adopted national land, without any acts that violate the contract, such as constructing buildings, erecting fences, or allowing specific parties to use the land.

(2) The addresses, telephone numbers and scopes of jurisdiction of each branch office of the National Property Administration can be found on the NAP’s website by simply visit the website -> then click on "Site Information" -> "Voluntary Information Disclosure" -> "List of business jurisdictions, addresses, telephone numbers of each branch and office of the National Property Administration of the Ministry of Finance" for more information. For any further questions, please call: +886-2- 27718121 ext. 1215
