What are the reasons and conditions for the payment of consolation money to civil servants in cases of injury, disability, or death when they are performing their duties?

In accordance with Article 2 of the "Regulations Governing the Awards of Solatium to a Civil Servant Injured, Deformed or Died Due to Performing Duties", when civil servants (persons specified in Article 3 and Article 102 of the Civil Service Protection Act) are injured, incapacitated or dead due to an accident while performing their duties, they shall be given consolation money for injury, disability or death. In accordance with Article 3 of the Civil Service Protection Act, the term "accident" refers to a sudden external dangerous accident that is not caused by disease. In addition, the payment of the condolences in this item is limited to those whose injury, disability or death and the accident occurred during the performance of their duties have considerable causality.
