In response to the epidemic prevention policy, the time limit periods for correction, payment of amount (price) or execution of contract/notarization prescribed by each branch (office) of NPA, with respect to the applications for lease, purchase, development, exchange, right of passage and consigned operation of the national non-public use real estate, applications for lease or sale by tender, or the cases about sale by tender under Article 73-1 of the Land Act accepted by NPA, shall exclude the continued period of the Level 3 Epidemic Alert announced by the Central Epidemic Command Center.
