If the owner or user of a licensed vehicle is affected by COVID-19 and does not intend to operate the owner’s or user’s vehicle, what should he or she do?

The owner or user of a licensed vehicle should apply to the transportation authorities for non-operational status during the COVID-19 period, and the tax due shall be prorated by the number of days the vehicle was in operation for the whole year.
