To reduce economic pressure of the legal user, the National Property Administration(NPA) implements the following rent reduction measures:
1.Lease: 
For the national non-public use real estate, besides the rent calculated at a special approved rent rate by the Executive Yuan or by tax rate (such as land value tax) as prescribed by law (regulation), the rent for January 2021 ~ December 2022 is reduced by 20%.
2.Consigned Operation: 
For consigned operation of national non-public use real estate sponsored by the NPA, the operation royalty for January 2021 ~ December 2022 for the consigned operation contractors is reduced by 20%.
3.Superficies: 
For superficies of national non-public use real estate sponsored by the NPA alone, the land rent for January 2021 ~ December 2022 for the person of superficies is reduced by 20%.
