Issuance of Decree No. 10940005760 by the National Property Administration, MOF on June 15, 2020: For the approved cases of sale of national non-public real estate that has been delivered the notice of payment, the buyer must comply with home quarantine and provide proof thereof within the payment period. The number of days of quarantine will not be computed as part of payment period. For the home quarantine duration which is deemed necessary to be extended by the supervisory agency, the payment deadline may be extended.
