Enforce the handling of occupied national non-public use land to improve the benefits of land utilization
“The Enforced Clearance Plan for Occupied National Non-public Land” was established, stipulating the use of legal action or the exercise of public authority to clear out occupied national land. Priority shall be given to national land of large area, high value, or of importance to national security.
By the end of June, a total of 24,232 lots of occupied national land with an area of 2,574 hectares were handled. It stopped the malpractice of illegal occupation and upheld law and order. The retrieved land can be used in diverse ways with improved benefits.
