Notice on the back of the National Army currency note stating that the note would be cashed after the war was over. Such notes became worthless once the issuers were defeated. National Army currency note issued by the Finance Committee of the National Army Coalition Forces in Shanhsi Province in 1927. Military voucher issued by Chang Tsung-Chang in 1918 with a notice on the back of voucher stating that a martial law was applicable to all citizens. Military voucher issued by Chang Tsung-Chang with a value of 20 copper coins. The unlimited release of military vouchers by various warlords in the 1910s caused financial chaos.
Note issued by the Bank of Kwangsi with an announcement by Governor Lu Rong-Ting on the back. One-dollar note issued by the Bank of Kwangsi in 1912 for payment of taxes within Kwangsi Province.
