When a supplier has questions about the content of the tender documents？

Pursuant to the Article 41 of Government Procurement Act , where a supplier has questions about the content of the tender documentation, such questions shall be submitted in writing to the entity before the deadline set forth for such purpose in the tender documentation.
The name, address, contact person (or unit), and contact phone number of the entity which is listed on the Tender Issue Announcement
