1. If the product belongs to each of following conditions, exporters need to file the export declarations to the Customs officers inside the Post Office. Otherwise, the exporters can directly send their product without declaration.
(1) FOB of product is over USD 5,000.
(2) warehouse bonded goods.
(3) to apply for tax refund.
2. The exporters can authorize the Customs Brokers contracting with the Post Office to perform the export clearance declarations. Please visit the counter of the Post Office for further information.
